ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 2 เมษายน 2569 ณ ห้อง 2106 สถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมกับสถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน (AIHD) และสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (IL) ได้ดำเนินโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching" ต่อเนื่องเป็นวันที่สอง โดยมีคณาจารย์ชาวไทยและต่างชาติจากทั้งสองส่วนงานเข้าร่วมรับฟังการบรรยายอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
กิจกรรมการอบรมในวันนี้มุ่งเน้นไปที่การยกระดับทักษะด้านการวัดผลและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยงทางการศึกษา โดยได้รับเกียรติจากทีมวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ดังนี้:
รศ. ดร. นพ.ชัยเลิศ พิชิตพรชัย ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Principles of Assessment and Subjective Assessment" และ "AI Assisted Learning & Assessment"
รศ. ดร.ขจรศักดิ์ บัวระพันธ์ บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Rubric Construction" และ "Coaching and Mentoring"
ในช่วงท้ายของโครงการ ได้มีพิธี มอบเกียรติบัตร ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมทุกคน เพื่อเป็นการรับรองการพัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพและเตรียมความพร้อมในการนำองค์ความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ:
SDG 4 การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียม (Quality Education) — ผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนในด้านการประเมินผลและการใช้เทคโนโลยี AI เพื่อสร้างคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
SDG 17 ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals) — ผ่านความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการ
วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษาขอขอบคุณสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ และสถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน สำหรับการสนับสนุนในการเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางวิชาการในครั้งนี้
College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University, Partners with IL for Day 2 of "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching"
On Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Room 2106, ASEAN Institute for Health Development, the College of Religious Studies (CRS), Mahidol University, in collaboration with the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD) and the Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), conducted the second day of the workshop titled "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching." Both Thai and international faculty members from CRS and AIHD actively participated in the sessions.
Today’s program focused on enhancing assessment skills and educational mentorship, featuring distinguished guest speakers:
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, who led sessions on "Principles of Assessment and Subjective Assessment" and "AI Assisted Learning & Assessment."
Assoc. Prof. Khajornsak Buaraphan, Ph.D., who shared insights on "Rubric Construction" and "Coaching and Mentoring."
At the end of the program, certificates of participation were presented to all participants, recognizing their successful completion of the training and their commitment to continuous professional development in modern teaching and learning strategies.
This initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
SDG 4 (Quality Education): By empowering educators with advanced assessment tools and AI integration to improve teaching quality.
SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): By demonstrating successful internal academic collaboration within Mahidol University to drive global educational excellence.
