ในวันพุธที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 ณ ห้อง 2106 สถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมกับสถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน (AIHD) และสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (IL) ได้เริ่มจัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching" โดยโครงการนี้มีกำหนดการจัดขึ้นรวม 2 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 1 – 2 เมษายน 2569 เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้แก่บรรดาอาจารย์ชาวไทยและต่างชาติจากวิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา และสถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน
กิจกรรมในวันแรกนี้ (1 เมษายน 2569) ได้รับเกียรติจากทีมวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ร่วมถ่ายทอดความรู้ ดังนี้:
-รศ. ดร. นพ.ชัยเลิศ พิชิตพรชัย ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Education Concept" และ "Outcome Based Curriculum"
-ผศ. ดร.วัชรี เกตพิชัยณรงค์ และ ผศ. ดร.น้ำค้าง ศรีวัฒนโรทัย บรรยายในหัวข้อ "Understanding How Students Learn" และ "Rethinking Teaching: Designing Active Learning Experiences through Technology-Enhanced Learning"
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับทักษะการจัดการเรียนการสอนของบุคลากรสายวิชาการ ให้สามารถออกแบบประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (Active Learning) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบโจทย์ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ในยุคสมัยใหม่
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ:
-SDG 4 การศึกษาที่เท่าเทียม (Quality Education) — ผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้สอนเพื่อสร้างคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
-SDG 17 ความร่วมมือเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Partnerships for the Goals) — ผ่านความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อขับเคลื่อนความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการร่วมกัน
วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษาขอขอบคุณสถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ และสถาบันพัฒนาสุขภาพอาเซียน สำหรับการสนับสนุนในการเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางวิชาการในครั้งนี้
College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University, Partners with IL to Host "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching"
On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Room 2106, ASEAN Institute for Health Development, the College of Religious Studies (CRS), Mahidol University, in collaboration with the ASEAN Institute for Health Development (AIHD) and the Institute for Innovative Learning (IL), commenced the workshop titled "Academic Development Program: Science & Art of Teaching." This comprehensive two-day program, held from April 1 – 2, 2026, welcomed both Thai and international faculty members from the College of Religious Studies and the ASEAN Institute for Health Development.
Today’s sessions (April 1, 2026) featured expert speakers from the Institute for Innovative Learning:
-Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Institute for Innovative Learning, conducted sessions on "Education Concept" and "Outcome Based Curriculum".
-Asst. Prof. Watcharee Ketpichainarong, Ph.D. and Asst. Prof. Namkang Sriwattanarothai, Ph.D., led discussions on "Understanding How Students Learn" and "Rethinking Teaching: Designing Active Learning Experiences through Technology-Enhanced Learning".
The primary goal of this initiative is to enhance the pedagogical skills of academic staff, enabling them to design effective active learning experiences that align with modern outcome-based education standards.
This program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
-SDG 4 (Quality Education): By empowering educators to improve the quality of teaching and learning environments.
-SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): By fostering internal academic cooperation between Mahidol University’s institutes to drive educational excellence.
