วันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 – ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพเราะ มากเจริญ คณบดีวิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา ในฐานะผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “สืบสานพระราชศรัทธา สักการะบูชาพระศรีศากยะทศพลญาณ ประธานพุทธมณฑลสุทรรศน์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569” ณ พุทธมณฑล อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดยสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ ประกอบด้วย พิธีสักการะบูชาพระศรีศากยะทศพลญาณ ณ ลานประดิษฐานองค์พระประธานพุทธมณฑล ในเวลา 07.00 น. พิธีเจริญพระพุทธมนต์ ณ ศาลาบำเพ็ญกุศลพุทธมณฑล ในเวลา 08.30 น. พร้อมทั้งร่วมถวายสังฆทาน (เครื่องไทยธรรม) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้พุทธมณฑลเป็นศูนย์กลางการจัดกิจกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา
Dean of the College of Religious Studies Represents Mahidol University at the “Continuing the Royal Faith” Ceremony at Phutthamonthon
December 23, 2025 – Asst. Prof. Dr. Pairor Makcharoen, Dean of the College of Religious Studies, acting as the representative of Mahidol University, participated in the event “Continuing the Royal Faith: Paying Homage to Phra Sri Sakkaya Thotsaphonlayan, the Presiding Buddha of Phutthamonthon Suthat (Fiscal Year 2026)” at Phutthamonthon, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
Organized by the National Office of Buddhism, the event aimed to promote Phutthamonthon as a central hub for Buddhist activities. The ceremony commenced at 07:00 hrs. with a worship ceremony paying homage to Phra Sri Sakkaya Thotsaphonlayan at the Presiding Buddha Plaza. This was followed by a Buddhist Mantra Chanting ceremony at the Merit-Making Pavilion (Sala Bamphen Kusol) at 08:30 hrs., during which the Dean also participated in the offering of Thai Dhamma offerings (Sanghathana).
