วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหิดล จับมือภาคีเครือข่าย จัดงาน “สุขใจใกล้บ้าน” เติมความสุขให้ผู้สูงอายุชุมชนบางกระทึก
วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2569 อาจารย์ ดร.บุญมี พวงเพชร ประธานหลักสูตรฯ และผู้แทนวิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดกิจกรรม “สุขใจใกล้บ้าน” ซึ่งวิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา ร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่าย จัดขึ้น ณ หอพักน้ำทองสิกขาลัย วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เพื่อเสริมสร้างรอยยิ้ม และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตให้แก่กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุและผู้ที่สนใจในชุมชนบางกระทึก อำเภอพุทธมณฑล จังหวัดนครปฐม
บรรยากาศในงานเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง โดยมีกิจกรรมไฮไลต์ อาทิ การบรรยายธรรมะหัวข้อ "พุทธจิตวิทยา...ยิ้มสวย รวยสุข จิตผ่อนคลาย" กิจกรรมกลุ่ม “เล่าเรื่องสุข” เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ รวมถึงการฝึกปฏิบัติ “ผ่อนคลาย...กายใจ” เพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพอย่างถูกวิธี นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการมอบข้าวสารอาหารแห้งให้แก่กลุ่มเปราะบาง และปิดท้ายด้วยการเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในการพัฒนาชุมชนบางกระทึกร่วมกัน
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดีและสร้างความสุขให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ทั้งนี้ วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอขอบพระคุณภาคีเครือข่ายทุกภาคส่วนที่ร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมดีๆ เพื่อสังคม และพร้อมเดินหน้าส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนดำรงชีวิตได้อย่างมีคุณค่าและมีความสุขต่อไป

On May 24, 2026, Lecturer Dr. Boonmee Puangphet, Program Chair and Representative of the College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University, delivered the welcome remarks and officially opened the "Sukjai Klai Baan" (Happiness Near Home) activity. Jointly organized by the College of Religious Studies and its networking partners, the event took place at Namthong Sikkhalai Dormitory, College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University, aiming to bring smiles and enhance the quality of life for the elderly and interested residents of Bang Krathuk Community, Phutthamonthon District, Nakhon Pathom Province.
The atmosphere was filled with warmth and friendliness. Highlight activities included a Dhamma lecture titled "Buddhist Psychology...Beautiful Smile, Rich Happiness, Relaxed Mind," a group session called "Sharing Happy Stories" to provide a space for exchanging valuable experiences, and a practical workshop on "Mind-Body Relaxation" for proper health management. Additionally, dried food and rice were distributed to vulnerable groups, followed by a discussion session to exchange ideas on further developing the Bang Krathuk community.
The event concluded with great success, bringing immense joy to all participants. The College of Religious Studies, Mahidol University, expresses its sincere gratitude to all networking partners for collaborating on this meaningful social initiative, and remains committed to supporting senior citizens in the community to live their lives with value and happiness.
